Phenomenal is a fantastic Lavandin that is a high yield oil producer.  This plant is noted for its outstanding cold hardiness and ability to grow in climates with extreme heat and humidity. Phenomenal is a medium-sized shrub with nice gray-green foliage and blooms with purple flowers on tall stems in mid-summer. Fragrant flower scent, and is good for cut flowers and dried flowers.  Prune after flowering and before the end of September to keep this plant a compact size.
