Lavender Honey-Spice Snickerdoodle

Enjoy this old cool weather favorite with a twist.  Lavender pairs beautifully with cinnamon, the typical snickerdoodle spice.  This cookie incorporates grated gingerroot & ground lavender buds, along with a little honey for even more irresistible flavor and aroma.  These are wonderful with apple cider, spiced tea and similar fall & winter fare.
