This relatively new variety of lavender is similar to White Spike Lavandin, but actual plants are more compact, and the flower petals are a brighter shade of white with pink tint. The stems grow close together which give it a wonderful appearance. The plant normally grows three to four feet tall with 18” – 24” stems.  The fragrance is strong and long lasting.

This is one of our farm’s favorite white lavenders. We have about 120 Cathy Blanc plants on our farm. Bouquets of fresh or dried stems are exceptional at weddings or other events looking for white flowers and aroma.  We grow and harvest this variety specifically for bouquets and will sometimes distill for essential oils.
