Here is a prestigious lavender with a dense habit. Hidcote Giant possesses an with amazing large and plump flowers on a long upright stems. This variety of Lavandin is a vigorous growing plant that has a strong sweet fragrance with bright purple flower spikes. This one is a favorite for dried bouquets. Of note: Hidcote Giant is part of the hybrid Lavandula x intermedia family where the other varieties with the Hidcote name are Lavandula Angustifolia. Hidcote Giant grows larger with longer spikes than the Hidcote L. Angustifolia varieties.
