Provence White is a very close relative to the original Provence lavender.  However, the buds are white before blooming.  Stems are tall and excellent for cut flowers, bundles, bouquets, and crafts such as wands and wreaths.  The aroma is milder and sweeter than other lavenders.  Dried bouquets of Provence White tend to shed the buds easily, but as fresh bouquet these are beautiful and delightfully fragrant.  To keep the buds and flowers white when drying be sure to dry out of direct sunlight.
