5 steamers per package.  Ingredients include: Dried stems of lavender, oregano, rosemary, lemon slices. Essential oils of lavender, rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus.

Add to a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head over the bowl of water to inhale the steam to ease the symptoms of colds, flu's and other sinus ailments.  Can also be used as a shower steamer.  During the colder months you can also simmer the steam bags on the stove to fill your home with the healing properties of the herbs and essential oils.
