Culinary Lavender Buds

Dried Culinary Lavender Buds can be used in beverages, baking, and cooking.  Lavender Fresh Farm dries and de-buds right here on our farm.  Our de-budding process uses a 3 tray shaker system to remove dust, stems, and leaves.  We run our buds through this shaker twice. All of our buds are packaged by hand using a hand sifter to once more remove as many leaves and stems as possible.  Please note that it is impossible to remove all the leaves, and they in no way impact the flavor or quality of your recipes.

We have two recipe books available here on our website written by Nancy Baggett.  Nancy has been creating recipes using lavender for years, and all of them that we have tried are fabulous.
