Lavender Buds Eye Pillow

Dried Lavandula x intermedia buds & Flax Seed in a soft, homemade pillow with a washable cover.  The pillow can be heated or cooled to lay on your eyes to aid in headache relief or sleep. 

To heat: Place in the microwave for 15 seconds.  Make sure it's not too hot before applying to your eyes. Additional 5 seconds at a time as needed.

To cool: Place the pillow in a plastic bag and put in the freezer until it reaches the desired coolness.
